Due to the nature of the Underground, where possible, we prefer to fill those dates that are already partially booked. The underground is physically demanding, so we aim to make maximum use of the group capacity (up to 12 people) to save the strength of our guides. Should the number of participants be less than 5, cancellations may be made or another date may be found by mutual agreement.
As the natural character of the underground has been preserved, you must expect to get dirty. As such, sturdy shoes, gloves and things to get dirty (all your own) are essential, almost no one comes out clean. Helmet and headlamp will be provided.
Before booking, we recommend that you read the detailed description of the tour route, FAQs, price list and the Visitor’s Regulations, which outline all the specifics and pitfalls of visiting the underground. Please note that the tour is not suitable for children under 12 years of age and persons with disabilities. These persons cannot take part in the tour, see point 3 of the Visiting Regulations.
Please note that the approval of reservations is fully automated. This means that bookings are only approved according to the time of booking on the website. Manual mode allows overbooking, for this reason moderation of bookings has been disabled. We also ask visitors who know they have not arrived to email or text to cancel their booking to make room for other potential bookers.
V případě, že jsou všechny termíny obsazeny a reprezentujete početnou skupinu, napište, prosím na rezervace@hornimestopodzemi.cz, př. zavolejte na tel. číslo 775698099. Po dohodě s průvodci, pokud je to časově možné, lze přidat v daném dni další prohlídkové okno a prohlídku provést ve zvláštním režimu.
Totéž se týká i případů, kdy vidíte v systému ještě volné místo, ale je Vás víc. Podzemím můžeme provést až 15 osob, přestože z kapacitních důvodů standardně nabízíme 12 míst. V tomto případě je rovněž vhodné si zavolat a domluvit se.
